Order information

We ship within Germany and the EU using the standard delivery methods of DHL or Hermes. 

You can also place an order outside of Germany. At the moment we deliver to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Canada, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, UK, Hungary, USA.

The shipping usually takes 3 to 4 working days within Germany.

Orders and Returns

1. After you have found a product that you like, click on "Add to cart". Your selected products will be stored in your shopping cart until you complete your order.

2. If you wish to continue shopping, please click on "Continue Shopping".

3. If you want to submit your order, click on your "Shopping Bag" or after adding an item to your shopping cart by clicking on the button "to the shopping cart".

4. Follow the instructions of our shop, which will guide you step by step through the registration and payment formalities until you receive a short confirmation for the completion of your order.

5. As soon as you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.

If you place your first order with us, you have the possibility to create a customer account. This will definitely make it easier for you the next time you order. However, you can also place an order as a "guest" at any time.

You have made a mistake when you placed your order (e.g. entered the wrong size) or made a mistake regarding the delivery address, please let us know immediately by sending an e-mail to moin@whatakant.com with your order number and your changes.

Yes, but since we try to process all orders as quickly as possible, you must get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible to cancel or change an order. Just send an e-mail to moin@whatakant.com with your order number and your change and cancellation request.
